- BRING BACK harmony, peace and unity in the diocese;
- RESTORE values and adhere to the letter and spirit of CSI and KCD Constitutions.
- RESTORE victims of injustice and abuse of power in the institutions.
- SOLVE disputes and differences through pastoral care and conciliation
- DROP politically initiated cases forthwith.
- INVOLVE local congregations to arrive at consensus on long pending issues
- STOP arbitrary and authoritarian style of administration.
- REVIVE the Ministry and Mission of the Diocese by encouraging participation through regular meetings of the Departments and Standing Committees
- NO resorting to ‘disciplining’ and removal of Lay and Clergy from governance when legitimate questions are raised.
CHURCH MINISTRY:
To Revive Mission and Evangelism Department
Strengthen various wings of the Churches in the Diocese esp. Youth and Sunday School Church
Planting in suburban areas.
HEALING MINISTRY:
CONVENE Round table meeting with stakeholders and experts on the challenges and the future of CSI hospitals of Bangalore and Chikkaballapur.
EDUCATION MINISTRY:
To bring back the lost glory to our Institutions and explore new avenues, to introduce currently relevant courses in technology and medicine;
To modernise institutions for industry relevance.
PROPERTY:
NO splurging on grandiose building projects and acquiring lands by institutions when land is available across the diocese.
To utilize and safeguard existing properties in a manner to propagate Christian values and ideals.
PRIORITISE and COMPLETE pending Church building projects in a time bound manner. •
- 4 MG ROAD - To retrieve the property and build the Bishop Cotton Women's Law College as earlier planned. •
- FULHER HOSTEL PROJECT - To review the tender process and make it transparent and complete the project which is languishing for years. •
- ALL SAINTS CHURCH LAND - To Pursue the case in Karnataka High Court and get the compensation released from the bank.
