Rev. Dexter embarked on his educational journey at St. Joseph's College and the United Theological College, where he laid the foundation for his theological pursuits. This academic odyssey eventually led him to Germany, where he earned his doctoral degree, showcasing a deep commitment to scholarly exploration and intellectual growth.
Presently, Rev. Dexter holds the pivotal role of Presbyter-in-charge at St. Andrew's Church, Bangalore, where his leadership is characterized by a blend of compassion, wisdom, and spiritual guidance. Simultaneously, he plays a crucial role in the administrative landscape of the Karnataka Central Diocese as the Vice President, he navigates the intricate responsibilities that come with overseeing the ecclesiastical affairs of the diocese. Rev. Dexter's dedication extends beyond the confines of a traditional pastoral role. He served as the Administrative in-charge of the Bangalore CSI Hospital till recently.
During his tenure as the Assistant Secretary of the Diocese(2018-2021), he shouldered the responsibility of supervising the Diocesan Website, ensuring that the church's online presence is both vibrant and reflective of its values. Additionally, his leadership in the KCD Covid Care Task Force for CSI Hospitals at Bangalore and Chikkaballapur underscores his commitment to community welfare during challenging times.
His previous roles, such as serving as the Tumkur Area Chairman and as the Youth Director for KCD, showcase a trajectory of diverse experiences within the Church.
